  4. You are not uploading illegal, harmful, harrassing, or extremist content
  5. You are not uploading content that aids or abets fraud, terrorism, human trafficking, or pornography
  6. You are only using this service in connection with non-commercial purposes
  7. You understand that files remain on the server only temporarily and cannot be recovered once deleted
  8. You understand this service and/or its terms may be discontinued or modified at any time
  9. You will indemnify and hold harmless Isaacal Media and its assosicates from any liability arising from your use of this service
